CloneSpy was on the first programs created to search and find duplicate files on a computer.
Interface is pretty old and doesn't have the usability of today software, but tool is making its job.
Add folders where to search and scan immediately for dupes. program will display what is finding and you can delete duplicates instantly.
From "Options" button you can access and set features like file attributes for scanned files (read only, hidden ..), exclude or include only desired extensions, ignore some folders, search based on date of files or based on size.
