From the first moment I was surprised how fast is starting and loading web pages. Pale Moon it is really a FAST web browser, its speed is better than Google Chrome and other popular internet browsers.
If you have used before Mozilla Firefox you will be familiar with it. Pale Moon is originating from Firefox, but includes many modifications and improvements. The majority of settings and menus are exactly like in Firefox.
This software allows to import settings from other browsers at the installation. Like other modern browsers it supports multiple tabs (also it provides a search bar to search a specific tab - useful if you have multiple ones open), you can change theme and install different free add-ons from Mozilla marketplace through its interface.
Users can open a Private Browsing window to surf web pages with a higher level of privacy because in this mode Pale Moon will not keep records about cookies, temporary files, history etc. It displays real time status of downloads and with one click you can open the folder where files are saved.
A discreet search bar in top right side allows to search the web quickly via your favorite search engine (can be changed with 2 clicks).
