This tool will create a classic Start menu for computer running on Windows 8.

Windows XP was a popular and stable operating system and many people get used with it. With newer versions of Windows, such as 8, usability has changed and the Start menu wasn't available in first releases of Windows 8.

To make it available again, use this small utility - Spencer, to have a classic start menu for your programs. The program also add links to Command Prompt and Control Panel in your start menu and this is useful because  we need to access these features often.

With right click on executable file you can add it to taskbar.
