WinDirStat portable allow users to view a report about hard drive and navigate easily to identify files that can be deleted in order to make available more hard disk space. It displays a tree view of hard drive files, each file type (extension) has a different color and can view quickly the extensions and folders that are the biggest.
Open them in Windows Explorer or view their content, then delete the files that you want.
View file size and percent, sort them as you need, open command prompt in current folder path or copy path.
Includes a shortcut to send email with reports, from "Settings" you can change the color of percentage, modify brightness or size of treemap or enable Command Line cleanups.
Good to sort by file size and explore folder content, sort or explore by file extension. Files can be deleted with right click and "Delete" directly from WinDirStat's interface.
