TOff is a program that allows to set your computer to automatically shut down, restart, hibernate, log-off or stand by after a certain period of inactivity that you set.
Can choose between different modes of turn off: soft and hard (will make requested operation closing all application automatically, will force it).
Chosen operations can be performed at a certain time (day and exact time) or after an inactivity period of mouse & keyboard or network.
After the action is performed, the program can open or run automatically a web page or other file/software from your computer.
